RuneScape game does not require a"gold or thing sink" it has, it needs to deal with the bots, but they wont. They also will need not to make the OSRS gold loot tables so outrageous it may support an entire nations market (cough cough Venezuela) and there wouldn't be such a massive influx of gold / equipment into RuneScape game.
I love how they can think of a in-depth complex death mechanic which should not / won't pass survey, but they can not get rid of the fountain in Lumbridge to prevent the 400+ bots collecting water from buckets / jugs causing massive area lag and deterring new RuneScape players out of pvping.
It can take a casual RuneScape player months or weeks to get the gear needed to reach a entry level supervisor, even at 1m gain an hour, would still take 100+ hours to just receive a bandos / prims place not including rapier / lance ect.
Now you need to inform them if they do not return in 15 minutes RIP their equipment, as well as saying they finally have to play with LONGER just to earn gp to get their gear back If you'd like people to have to pay for their equipment back just earn a chest at spawn where they can pay to accumulate it, why the hell could we run all the way back to just need to pay?
I've played feel 2004, I have seen them remove the wildly, free trade, and alter battle entirely (EoC). All these things were put forward as some wonderful change that would assist can tou buy runescape money game grow in a more favorable way while"coping" with the issues that they had been undergoing, and figure what it murdered the dam match.
